B. Michael Kalin - Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for the Dye Companies. He has over 30 years of experience in development, commercial, multi family low-income housing and single-family residential construction. In 1995 he joined the Dye Companies, where he manages the financial, administrative and operations for all of the Dye Companies.

Jay B. Alpert - Vice President, Commercial Construction, has 32 years experience in commercial, multi-family and single-family development and construction. As a Partner in Southeast Dev/Con, he developed and built retail, office and warehouse properties, in addition to single-family homes, in the Central Florida area. Just prior to joining the Dye Companies, Jay Alpert held the title of Chief Operating Officer for Essex Builders Group, a mid-sized regional multi-family general contracting firm. Jay Alpert is a Florida General Contractor, License No. CGC013604, and Florida Real Estate Broker, License No. 329516.

Anthony "Tony" Marrillia - President of Bel-Aire Homes, Inc. has 10 years of construction experience in custom home building. He has developed field staff and overseen all aspects of construction from commencement to completion, leading his construction teams. In this time we completed, the 2004 New Southern Home a 10,000 square foot home for the Southeastern Builders Conference; custom homes in the $650,000 to $1.2 million-price range and several other smaller scale homes, including 4 homes for the Art in Architecture low-income housing project. Tony Marrillia is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, License No. CBC1250260

Our staff also includes qualified field personnel to oversee the day-to-day operations of your project, along with Quality Control personnel to oversee the work in place. Accounting and administrative tasks are handled out of our main office.
